This Rosato di Toscana is produced from Sangiovese grapes cultivated in the vineyards of Scansano in the Maremma region overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. This bright and vivacious wine is fresh and light as well as flowery and fruity in character. Cherry pink in colour, it sports a hint of wild rose and raspberry aromas. Pairs brilliantly with ricotta ravioli and calamari. Goes very well with Italian antipasti and white meat.
This is what Alberto & Andrea Bocelli say
A wonderful and different manifestation of the Maremma cultivated Sangiovese grape, which seems destined to become a rosé wine. We love the light copper colour that sparkles in the light and makes our Mediterranean dishes even more enjoyable.
