Sicilian elegance with exceptional depth.Bollicina Gold 2020 is an exclusive Brut Rosé made from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna in Eastern Sicily. The combination of volcanic terroir, traditional bottle fermentation, and long aging makes it an extraordinary sparkling wine resulting from the collaboration between Donnafugata and Dolce & Gabbana.

In the glass, it presents an elegant antique rosé hue with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The complex bouquet combines fresh red berries and citrus fruits with notes of pastry and bread crust, as well as subtle hints of dried fruit and roasted nuts. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and mineral, with a harmonious, long-lasting finish.

After the second fermentation in the bottle, Bollicina Gold ages for around 36 months on its lees. After disgorgement, it undergoes an additional 18 months of bottle agingbefore market release. A sophisticated rosé sparkling wine from Etna for special occasions.
